Tooling & Mold Making
SEGEDE designs and develops its own molds within its integrated mechanical workshop, enabling the creation or modification of tooling without reliance on external suppliers.
High-Pressure Die Casting
SEGEDE operates die-casting presses ranging from 20 to 200 tons, dedicated to Zamak and aluminum injection. This strategic investment allows us to reproduce your designs with outstanding precision.
Engraving & Cutting
Engraving and cutting processes enable the addition of logos and patterns to our standard products, such as candle caps or fragrance accessories, delivering a high level of customization.
Mechanical & Hand Polishing
Our craftsmen are first and foremost artisans, trained in expertise rooted in fine metalwork, where polishing is considered a true art of the material.
Tribofinishing
A finishing process using rotating barrels to smooth, clean, and homogenize components, ensuring a perfectly uniform surface prior to surface treatment.
Stamping & Deep Drawing
We master stamping and deep drawing processes for the production of aluminum medallions and labels, particularly for the fragrance sector.
